Information You Submit
Text entered into a search form, such as a name, phone number, or address, is sent to the third-party provider that supplies the results. Maywood People Search does not retain its own server copy of those queries. When you send a message, we receive the content you choose to provide and use it to answer you.
Automatic Technical Data
Our hosting systems create routine logs that may include an IP address, browser type, page requests, and timestamps. Aggregate patterns help us maintain the service and see which resources are useful. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where those features apply.
How Information Is Used
Limited visitor data supports site operations, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and content improvements. We neither sell a visitor list nor create individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Government portals, county and state offices, library collections, and outside search tools follow their own privacy terms. Information entered after leaving Maywood People Search is controlled by the destination service. The same rule applies to sponsored results supplied by a third party.
Limited Data Disclosure
Hosting and support providers process technical logs for us. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We may also disclose information when valid legal process requires it, but we do not otherwise distribute visitor data.
How We Protect Your Data
The site is served over an encrypted connection. We retain server logs only as long as needed for the purposes above. Because we do not run accounts, there is no password or profile of yours to breach on this site.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your California Privacy Rights
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, may provide eligible consumers rights to know, correct, delete, limit, or opt out of certain uses of personal information, subject to the statutes' scope and exceptions. Since we retain little information, a request will usually involve our contact mailbox or technical logs. Use the Contact page to submit it. Records held by Maywood, Los Angeles County, or California agencies remain under the control of those custodians, so requests concerning a government file must go to the responsible office.
Policy Changes
Any revised policy will appear here. Using the service after a revision is posted signals acceptance of the new terms.
